Services Offered
Here’s a breakdown of what each service entails:
Accounting Software: QuickBooks Online
All of our clients are set up on QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping. Setup and/or migration from another system is included in our onboarding, as is a permanent 10% discount on your subscription fee (billed separately) for new account subscriptions.
Regular Recordkeeping
Quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly - This includes maintenance of bank feeds, matching & recording your income and expenses, asking you for receipts and invoices to support your expenses, and making sure your data is reliable.
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
We’ll work with you to create procedures that meet your individual needs for accepting payments and paying bills.
Unlimited Bank Accounts
We fully support our clients who manage their finances with the Profit First Method, which means we know you might have at least 5 bank accounts. We also have bank relationships for those who want to use this method.
Annual 1099 Filing & Compliance Reminders
If you pay rent, attorneys, or other service providers for work done in your business (as contractors), you may be required to issue 1099s. We’ll help you determine who needs one and create those filings for you.
We’ll also check on your annual corporate report (LLC) in your state each year to make sure you’re in good standing.
Monthly / Quarterly Reviews
This includes detailed financial reports and a discussion of your performance and financial health.
Payroll
If you’re an S-Corp or have employees, we will set up you up through either QuickBooks or Gusto for payroll. Depending on your needs we can either assist in regular payroll processing or sit back and simply help trouble shoot when needed.
U.S. Sales Tax
If you sell physical products or are required to collect sales tax on your services, we will assist you in filing sales tax and tracking nexus.
Year-End Reports & Collaboration w/ your CPA
After the close of each year, we will compile your annual reports for your tax preparer and be available for collaboration if requested or required.
Unlimited Communication
We don’t ever want you to feel like you can’t reach out if you have a question or need to bounce ideas. All communication is included, but if we have to do ad hoc (extra) analysis or research to give you solid advice, that’ll be billed separately.
